Less than two weeks way from the busy of Christmas 2020, I purchased from Muziker an expensive High-Resolution Digital Audio Player at an amazing discount of 20% off the UK RRP, bundled with a free gift of a pair of studio quality headphones. It certainly was a bargain, however I was nervous about whether my purchase would arrive to me in a good condition, in a timely fashion & with the correct items, as a result of looking at the huge number of negative reviews of this firm on TrustPilot. I'm please to report that the Items were dispatched to DPD courier service less than 48 hours after my purchase was made, & arrived together in perfect condition all the way from Slovakia within one week. The parcel was tracked all of the way & communication from Muziker was more than adequate. Please remember that for vendors which provide excellent service 99% of the time will still attract lots of negative reviews as by definition those like me who are satisfied are much less inclined to give a review to warn others off

Quick delivery, item as per description. I was expecting a bad service due to all bad reviews, totally wrong! Great service. 👍

My most recent purchase from them was an acoustic guitar. The guitar itself is absolutely wonderful, sounds great and looks beautiful. However, it came with some of the fret wires slightly tarnished straight out of the box, even though the packaging seemed untouched so most likely it was due to manufacturer's quality control. I didn't really want to return it for such a small defect, but I did contact Muziker and they agreed to send me a fret cleaning kit to remedy the problem. That was very nice of them and I would definitely buy products from their website again!

I made a order throughout their website bought acoustic guitar, stand and strap and I’am amazed by the product thanks Muziker well done...happy end...👌👍delivered on time and also great products brand new.

I was sceptical about the company after reading the reviews but decided to give it a go as I was protected using paypal. The service was brilliant. Ordered on the 12th received on the 15th in perfect order. I had also called the company before I ordered and they phoned me back immediately. A huge saving versus the cost in the UK so I would recommend them.

J’ai acheté une basse Sire Marcus Miller V5. Prix imbattable. Colis reçu rapidement mais l’emballage, c’est n’importe quoi. Je me demande encore comment la basse est arrivée en un seul morceau. Ça tenait par 3 bouts de scotch. 3 renforts gonflables à l’intérieur et allez hop, on en voit. Au final la basse n’a pas l’air d’avoir trop souffert car j’ai certainement eu la chance de tomber sur des livreurs qui ont fait attention mais avec certains qui pratiquent le lancer de colis, elle serait arrivée en piteux état.

Ordered a guitar from this company (fender cd60s) due to good offer price, and was skeptical after poor reviews, however was kept up to date with order and delivery process. The guitar arrived undamaged and in good condition. Would order from this company again.

Op muziker stond een plaat (laatste exemplaar) die ik zocht en welke op geen enkele andere webshop nog te vinden was. Ik vertrouwde het niet echt door de vele slechte reviews. Uiteindelijk toch het erop gewaagd. 3 dagen later werd de plaat, goed verpakt en ik prima staat, afgeleverd. 4 sterren omdat de opgegeven code voor tracking niet werkte.

I have never written any review before but decided to leave one for Muziker. I bought a synthesizer and it arrived in 4 days (via DPD with full tracking information) without any order or payment issue. Initially I was hesitated to make a purchase from them after looking at the reviews here but I decided to take the risk as the price they offered is £200 cheaper than elsewhere. This turns out to be a very positive experience. Will definitely buy from them again.

Commandé un casio cdp S-100 le 21 octobre 2020 sur Muziker.com. Pour ma part zéro soucis, le colis a été expédié 5h aprè ma commande, le piano est ainsi arrivé en 5 ou 6 jours ce qui est franchement rapide je trouve. Prix largement abordable pour ce modèle , en dessous des tarifs classiques , enfin, le piano est excellent , qualité irréporochable ,très satisfais selon mon expérience.

J'ai commandé un piano, reçu 6 jours plus tard que la date prévue (retard à cause du Covid 19). Pour éviter tous les soucis de livraison, j'ai récupéré directement marchandises à l'entrepôt de Geodis. Tout est impeccable, bien emballé et protégé. Service client au TOP, à l'écoute, réaction rapide, efficace et très professionnel. Je suis très contente de mon achat. Je vous recommande vivement ce site. Merci pour le cadeau 🎁.

After several issues with my Razor crazy cart shift and such bad customer service from Muziker, the guys from Razor contacted my direct to help me out. They were amazing uplifting and fixing the cart within days totally amazing service and aftercare from Razor. My advice go direct to Razor to buy the cart, they are a great customer focused company, thanks for everything guys.

Was looking to purchase a Galvin Green golf top but had been let down by one of the big websites when after ordering it was out of stock. Could only find in my size on Muziker but was apprehensive as looked too good to be true at 25% cheaper then I had previously ordered but decided to order with the security of PayPal. Turned up today after only 4 days, excellent product will definitely shop here again before looking on the common expensive sites. 5 Star

Achat effectué pour un saxophone Alto Yamaha. Meilleur prix du marché. Envoi dans les temps (6 jours compte tenu du Pays d'envoi c'est pas mal du tout!)
