Bestial Wolf Peg Silver Step peg

When I received my package, where there should be two pegs and 4 bolts, together with spacers, I could see that the packaging was of very poor quality and that the package had broken in the corners and was partly open in some places, so that could look into the content, which unfortunately turned out to be gone?. There were only two spacers lying loose in the box that had not fallen out of the holes. I have contacted the company via email. But they don't write back?. Bad packaging, so I never got my Pegs or my money back.
