Good Charlotte is een Amerikaanse rockband uit Waldorf, Maryland, opgericht in 1995. De line-up bestaat uit Joel Madden op zang, Benji Madden op gitaar en zang, Paul Thomas op bas, Billy Martin op gitaar en keyboards en Dean Butterworth op drums. Ze staan bekend om hun energieke poppunkstijl en braken door met hun album The Young and the Hopeless uit 2002, met hits als Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous en The Anthem, dat multi-platina werd. De band bleef hun geluid ontwikkelen op latere albums zoals The Chronicles of Life and Death, Good Morning Revival en Cardiology. Na een pauze keerden ze terug met Youth Authority in 2016 en Generation Rx in 2018. Good Charlotte heeft ook compilaties uitgebracht en hun achtste album, Motel Du Cap, aangekondigd, dat in augustus 2025 uitkomt.
